On Friday, local gold prices in Karachi continued their upward trend, rising to Rs244,400 per tola and Rs209,534 per 10 grams. This marks an increase of Rs1100 and Rs944, respectively, according to traders.
Meanwhile, on the global market, the value of bullion rose by $9 to reach $2364 per ounce, while silver maintained its position at $31 per ounce.
In domestic trading, silver prices remained stable at Rs2850 per tola and Rs2443.41 per 10 grams, traders reported.
